Allie Merrick spent a day in Chicago with sommelier, Chris Pawlisz. By train & by foot they explored places to wine & dine, in addition to a few other fun stops. Places on the favorites list included Henri and Rootstock. As for the favorite pour, Allie and Chris both enjoyed the Ghost Hill Cellars Pinot Noir Blanc.
