Allie Merrick spent a day in Chicago with sommelier, Chris Pawlisz. By train & by foot they explored places to wine & dine, in addition to a few other fun stops. Places that were on the favorites list included Henri and Rootstock. As for the favorite pour, it was the Ghost Hill Cellars Pinot Noir Blanc.
In a hike across the Grand Canyon from the South Rim to the North Rim, Allie Merrick will go on an excursion referred to as "Rim To Rim" trekking 20 miles in a single day.
