1. Terms of Use All information provided on and taken from The Allie Way is at your own risk. After all, you are viewing what I post at your own free will. All content presented represents my own personal perspective and position. Take it for what its worth - an opinion. And remember that it's important to have an opinion of your own.
2. Copyright Policy Unless otherwise noted, I am the legal copyright holder of all material on The Allie Way and others cannot use, reprint or publish without my consent. Let's all play nice and give credit where it's due.
3. Hold Harmless All the information provided on The Allie Way is for entertainment purposes only. I am not providing medical, legal or other profession advice. Understand that you are reading and/or using the information posted on The Allie Way at your own risk. Side effects may include: inspiration, elation or any number of descriptions ending in '-ion'.
4. Privacy Statement I will not sell any of your personal or contact information to another company. I will not put your information on spam lists. That said, I'm not responsible for the privacy practices of any advertisers or blog commenters.
5. Reserve Rights As in this world, 'change is the only constant', I reserve the right to change the focus of The Allie Way, shut it down, sell it or to change the terms of use as I see fit. Now that I've said what I legally need to say, please note that my vision for The Allie Way has always been and will likely always be to simply share my view of the world through my own lens.
6. Advertisers and Sponsors I am not responsible for the products/services of advertisers, sponsors, partners or featured brands. For example, if you buy a product based upon one of my posts and you don't like it, I am not responsible. Any issues with the product/service must be taken up with that company, not me. After all, just because I like asparagus doesn't mean that you will too. Beyond all that, let me be entirely transparent with regard to any product or payment I receive. Sometimes the content I create comes with free product and/or payment. That said, I always (without exception) produce honest content reflecting my true position on products and/or services. While I am on occasion paid for the work I produce (as I do have to eat, pay bills & drink wine), I opinions never have been and never will be bought. My words and my work are my own and are not affected or influenced by payment or product. My mom always said, "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all." So, if I don't care for a product or service, I will not feature it on The Allie Way. Simple.
