My first Turducken experience came from an invitation by the one and only Nicholas Keeler, owner and winemaker of Authentique Wine Cellars. For 'Friendsgiving', he prepared Turducken, (in addition to ham) and all the fixin's. An incredible meal was paired with his equally incredible wine. Click on the images below for a closer look.
