By land, sea & air, our men & women prepare to rise if they are needed standing and not seated.
My father flew a Cobra. My friend turns wrenches on an F-15. In looking between the lines, there is much in both to be honored & seen.
This post is dedicated to a friend whom I call my sister - REBECCA MARIE PITTOCK SHOULDIS
We walk in different shoes, and different boots at that. But she knows who I am and I know where she's at. We've walked different paths and yet leave similar tracks, carried different weights and strapped on different packs. As different as we are, we're even more the same, renaissance women going by no other name. Today I tip my hat to a woman who's as strong as any man who supports a family, a country and a passion as best she can.
