The BEST Salad Ever

KALE SALAD: tuna / beets / cherry tomato / pine nuts / currants / breadcrumbs / garlic vinaigrette

Let me just go on record here to say that I enjoyed the BEST salad I've ever had to date at PUBLIC. True story.
Located on Hollywood Blvd in the ROOSEVELT,
PUBLIC does not disappoint. 

I paired up the salad with a glass of rosé, but not just any rosé.
My glass was filled with a Sangiovese Rosé from the Columbia Valley by WATERBROOK.
