THE BROOKS BROTHER

Allow me to introduce Braylen Brooks. I met Mr. Brooks entirely by chance in my attempt to procure a cocktail at the bar in the always amazing Bottega Louie - one of my regular stops when downtown Los Angeles.

I grabbed a bar stool, hung my purse on the hook below the bar and accepted the cocktail menu handed to me by the bartender. As I scanned the sipworthy options, I heard, "I love it. The veil, the top, the look. I love it." Here enters the guy sitting to my left - Braylen Brooks.

I expressed a similar sentiment toward his wardrobe selections with my approval of hat, jacket & denim shorts.  We hit it off straight away and caught each other taking selfies with the other intentionally framed in the background. Style at first sight, we found a common bond not only in what we wore but how we wore it. As we both had other engagements to return to, we bid adieu after exchanging Twitter handles, hugs and vows to keep in touch.
