RUM JUMBIE MANGO SPLASH

When spending a summer day at Dolores Park, one must be properly equipped with sipping supplies. My beverage of choice on this occasion was rum... but not just any rum... mango flavored, molasses distilled and Caribbean imported - Rum Jumbie Mango Splash. 

While you can drink this on the rocks, I thought I'd up the anti with the addition of Grey Goose Vodka, Angostura Bitters & the best homemade lemonade I've tasted in a number of years. The result? Awesome.

In fact, I'd give this cocktail a solid 4 spoonfuls on  the Awesomesauce Scale.
