Let me just go on record here to say that I enjoyed the BEST salad I've ever had to date at Public Kitchen & Bar. True story.

Located on Hollywood Blvd in the Roosevelt Hotel, Public Kitchen & Bar does not disappoint with solid selection for both food & wine. I paired up the salad with a glass of rosé, but not just any rosé. My glass was filled with a Sangiovese Rosé from the Columbia Valley by Waterbrook.
An approachable wine list with glass pours ranging from $10 - $22, there are respectable wines we all know and love along with less familiar labels that beg to be explored on the palate. FYI: My FAVORITE Merlot made in the states, Shafter Merlot, is available by the glass.
