UNION DES GRANDS CRU DE BORDEAUX 2012 TASTING

"While most rocked a suit coat, I showed up to sip in my ball cap with my camera strapped and ready. An exclusive trade tasting of the 2012 vintage was presented by the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux at the Drake Hotel on Wednesday, January 28th. Red Currant on the nose. Black Olive on the palate.

Pomegranate Syrup & Violet Oil on the nose. Blueberry Jam & Cherry on the palate.

Grapefruit Oil & Blood Orange Pulp on the nose. Honeycomb & Apricot on the palate.
